Our Story
From operator to consultant.
Ascent AI started in the field — not in a boardroom. Our founding team comes from commercial real estate and construction. We managed properties, oversaw builds, and dealt with the same operational headaches every business owner knows: manual reporting, reactive maintenance, spreadsheet hell, and communication breakdowns.
So we started automating. Voice memos became formatted meeting notes. Weekly property reports generated themselves. Maintenance went from reactive to predictive. Receipt processing happened automatically. One by one, the painful workflows disappeared.
